Good tip for the other view points of the falls from the second park. We’ll definitely check that out. About safety in Paraguay, we have been in the country now for a whole week, exploring the Jesuit ruins and Asuncion, and for us it actually felt like one of the safest countries we visited in the region. Everyone we meet is extremely kind and helpful, happy to see tourists ( even European tourists). There is less inequality here than for instance in Brasil. The countryside is super pleasant. Beautiful rolling hills with beautiful vegetation. We can really recommend giving Paraguay as tourist destination a chance.
